As the concern is involved in manufacturing of highly precision components, therefore quality policy is prime concern of the unit. Following stages inspection are being carried out on each and every components.
1. Raw Material inspection: All the raw Materials are checked for its quality by Spectro analytical System and ultrasonic crack detector before acceptance & use.
2. Dimensional Quality Control: the concern is possessing metrological instruments and gauges such as Vernier caliper, micrometers, height gauges of all the ranges and lengths even for more precise measurements, the concern is possessing 2 nos slip gauge box sets (length measuring standards)
3. After heat treatment inspection: To insure good quality surface and core quality of materials and after heat treatment inspection is carried out by Rock-well hardness Tester.
4. Packing and Dispatch Quality Control: The finishing parts are properly surface treated, by only corrosive resistance chemical and properly kept for packing and forwarding as per standard norms and customer requirements.
